Faith Megna is a lifelong athlete with nine years of strength training experience. She's an NASM Certified Personal Trainer who's CPR/AED certified, currently training clients between the ages of 24-74 at the Downtown YMCA and at condos around Downtown Grand Rapids. Clients have reached weight loss goals, gained endurance and strength through her guidance. 

Faith is Tabata Bootcamp certified, TRX Suspension trained and has personal training liability insurance. At the Y, she's been involved with the Move It To Lose It program; started up a Strength Training for Women group: and leads several groups in TRX Suspension training.

Faith introduced Tabata Bootcamp at Union Square Condos and is now taking it to the Blue Bridge in Downtown Grand Rapids. Once people start Tabata, they're hooked and she's excited to share it with others.
